But what we do with that hurt is probably more IMPORTANT than the pain itself. Would you prefer to ruminate endlessly about something that cannot be changed?
How do you let go of past hurts and MOVE on?
Blaming others for our hurt is what most of us start off doing. Somebody wronged us in some way that mattered to us. We want them to APOLOGISE. Perhaps ACKNOWLEDGE what they did was WRONG. Even if it means punishing and holding ourselves back from making genuine PROGRESS because we love the excuse of having someone else other than ourselves to BLAME for the pain we feel and the set back we experience.
